We have a group of great programming partners that present interesting authors and topics over the festival weekend. Take a look at our 2018 programming partners.

Maryland Humanities

Maryland Humanities

In its tenth year, One Maryland One Book, a program of Maryland Humanities, is designed to bring together diverse people in communities across the state through the shared experience of reading the same book. Readers are then invited to participate in book-centered discussions and related programs at public libraries, high schools, colleges and universities, museums, bookstores, and community and senior centers. This year’s selection is Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, which won the Commonwealth Writer’s Prize. Ms. Adichie will kick off a three-stop tour for One Maryland One Book 2017 at Baltimore Book Festival.
